Vickie graduated from the University of North Texas with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Accounting (Taxation Specialization) in 1987 and became a CPA the same year. Born in Muenster, Texas and raised in Bedford, Vickie is a true Native Texan. Vickie joined the firm in 1984 while attending college and was offered a full-time position upon college graduation. In those days, the "firm" consisted of about 5 employees and was definitely a much smaller operation.
During her 20 years with the firm, Vickie has been involved in all areas of the practice including taxation, auditing and financial statement preparation. She currently holds the position of audit manager in addition to her tax preparation and consultation services. Vickie became a shareholder of the firm in January 2001 and looks forward to the continued growth of the firm.
Vickie has been married to Monty Brouse since June 1984. They have three children. Many of you have seen Vickie through all of her children's early years so it may be hard to believe that they are all in school now! Vickie is involved in many volunteer opportunities in North Richland Hills, including school, church and local organizations. She loves watching her children in their many sports activities.
